Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Markham Kia team in Markham, Ontario. This role focuses on following up on leads, meeting monthly sales targets, and promoting new business by sourcing customers through referrals and networks.

You will deliver a superior client experience while building enduring relationships with customers. The position emphasizes product training, negotiation skills, and maintaining knowledge of all vehicle models, with a

Qualifications

• Effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC License required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
• Provide a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations.
• Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
• Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
