Job summary

PartSource in the Niagara region seeks a PartsPro to help customers find correct automotive parts using our parts lookup system, process transactions, and contribute to store sales while upholding brand standards. You will communicate product features and warranties, keep shelves tidy, follow PPE rules, and collaborate with managers on customer and team matters.

A valid driver's license is a plus; flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational automotive parts knowledge.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Proficient with computer systems, including POS.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Familiar with PPE and safety footwear.

Responsibilities

• Identify correct parts using PartSource OS and vendor platforms; process transactions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranties to customers.
• Complete store tasks promptly.
• Maintain store appearance and proper merchandise placement.
• Uphold PPE and safety guidelines.
• Report customer concerns and employee matters to management.
