Job summary

PartSource in Canada is seeking a PartsPro to help customers identify the correct automotive parts and complete sales using our parts lookup system. You will promote product features and warranty details while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior automotive parts knowledge is beneficial, and safety shoes are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including point of sale (POS).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must wear safety shoes; PPE provided where required.
• Driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Use PartSource Operating System and vendor platforms to identify correct parts, process transactions, and sell automotive parts solutions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Complete assigned store tasks in a timely manner.
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment following PPE guidelines.
• Regularly communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
