Responsibilities

• Identify correct parts using the PartSource OS and vendor platforms to process transactions.
• Explain product features, benefits and warranty details to customers.
• Maintain store tasks and merchandise placement to uphold brand standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and PPE guidelines.
• Communicate with managers about customer concerns and staff matters.
