Job summary

PartSource in Oshawa is hiring a PartsPro to help customers find the right automotive parts using our parts lookup system and to sell suitable solutions. You will be central to daily store success and brand integrity by following company policies and procedures.

You will gain exposure to automotive parts and a fast-paced retail environment while helping customers with product features, warranties, and shopping guidance. A competitive hourly wage and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for automobiles with basic knowledge of auto parts.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including point of sale.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Familiarity with PPE requirements and safety footwear.

Responsibilities

• Identify correct parts using PartSource OS and external vendor platforms.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Complete store tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain appearance and proper merchandise placement.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with managers about customer concerns and staff matters.
