Job summary

PartSource in Canada is seeking a PartsPro to assist customers by using our parts lookup system to identify the right automotive components and sell suitable solutions. You will contribute to the store's success by applying product knowledge and upholding brand standards.

You will help maintain appearance, follow policies, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for automobiles with a foundational knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including point of sale.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify correct parts using the PartSource Operating System and external vendor platforms; process transactions and sell automotive parts solutions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Complete assigned store tasks in a timely manner.
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards and ensure proper merchandise placement.
• Maintain a safe work environment per PPE guidelines.
• Regularly communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
