Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited through PartSource is seeking a PartsPro Team Lead to guide automotive parts sales and lead store operations in Toronto. The role emphasizes parts expertise, customer service, and team coaching within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage opening/closing duties when management is absent, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold safety and inventory controls while leveraging the store’s parts lookup system to identify suitable parts solutions for

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Use PartSource OS and vendor platforms to identify parts, process transactions, and sell automotive parts solutions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of management and ensure tasks are completed.
• Coach and train new or junior store staff.
• Support inventory control, audit compliance, and store standards.
• Perform store opening/closing duties when needed.
• Process shipping/receiving tasks and returns documentation.
• Maintain store appearance and PPE compliance.
