Cambridge Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to lead the finance and insurance department at our Cambridge, ON dealership. You will work with customers to tailor financing solutions and drive profitability while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

This full-time onsite role requires strong knowledge of F&I products, negotiation skills, and regulatory understanding, plus the ability to train the sales team for consistent results.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive finance experience and ability to manage F&I operations.
• Knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong negotiation and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to train and guide the sales team on finance options.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the F&I department and financing activities.
• Assist customers in selecting loan, lease, and insurance options.
• Sell additional F&I products and warranties.
• Prepare and verify loan documentation for compliance.
• Establish relationships with banks and credit unions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with laws and dealership policies.
• Provide guidance to sales on finance processes and opportunities.
• Meet monthly financing and F&I product sales targets.
