Job summary

Cambridge Hyundai, part of AutoCanada, seeks a Finance Manager in Cambridge, ON. You will oversee the finance and insurance department, manage vehicle financing and insurance products, and ensure regulatory compliance while helping customers find tailored financing solutions.

You will train the sales team on finance options, work with banks and credit unions, and strive to meet monthly financing and F&I goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Understanding of provincial and federal finance regulations for auto sales.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with F&I software and DMS.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., F&I Certification) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting financing options from multiple financial institutions.
• Sell extended warranties and other F&I products.
• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks and credit unions.
• Ensure all F&I transactions comply with laws and dealership policies.
• Provide guidance and training to the sales team on finance options.
• Meet or exceed monthly financing and F&I sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve financing questions.
