Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor for BMW Mississauga to support the Parts Department, assist customers and technicians, and maintain a well-stocked inventory. You will pick and deliver parts, process returns, and help manage inventory while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Parts Advisor, a valid Ontario driver’s license, strong numerical and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• A positive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving parts and merchandise, check items, and report discrepancies.
• Help customers and technicians select appropriate parts with excellent service.
• Inform customers of related parts, accessories, promotions, and products.
• Answer calls and provide parts availability, pricing, and information.
• Use company vehicle to pick up or deliver parts as needed.
• Pick parts per work orders and deliver to technicians’ stations.
• Process and return unused parts from the workshop.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked Parts Department.
• Support inventory management and proper storage of parts.
• Perform additional duties as needed by the Parts Manager.
