Job summary

Bolton Ford in Bolton, ON is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to support the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department. You will assist customers and technicians, source parts, and keep inventory organized.

Previous Ford dealership and Ford parts experience is strongly preferred. The role offers a competitive salary ($40,000–$75,000) based on experience, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within Pfaff Automotive Partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Automotive Parts Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
• Receive incoming parts and supplies, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Recommend related parts, accessories, promotions, and available products.
• Answer incoming calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information.
• Process parts returns from the workshop.
• Pick up or deliver parts to technicians/customers as required.
