Job summary

Pfaff Automotive's Bolton Ford in Canada is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to support daily parts operations, assist customers and technicians, and source and deliver parts accurately.

Previous Ford dealership experience strongly preferred; candidate should be organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Ford dealership experience is strongly preferred.
• Ford parts experience and familiarity with Ford parts systems/processes are assets.
• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership Parts Department operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
• Receive incoming parts and supplies, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Recommend related parts, accessories, promotions, and available products.
• Answer incoming calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information.
• Pick and deliver parts to technicians using work orders or picking tickets.
• Process parts returns from the workshop.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked Parts Department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
