Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners in Bolton, Ontario is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor for Bolton Ford. You will assist customers and technicians, source and deliver parts, and maintain an organized inventory in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Strong Ford dealership experience is preferred; 3+ years in a Parts Advisor role; Ford parts systems knowledge; valid Ontario driver’s license; excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous Ford dealership experience is strongly preferred.
• Ford parts experience and familiarity with Ford parts systems/processes are considered a strong asset.
• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership Parts Department operations.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
• Receive incoming parts and supplies, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Recommend related parts, accessories, promotions, and available products.
• Answer incoming calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information.
• Pick and deliver parts to technicians using work orders or picking tickets.
• Process parts returns from the workshop.
• Pick up or deliver parts to suppliers and customers using a company vehicle when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked Parts Department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
