Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners, including Porsche Centre Markham in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated Junior Parts Advisor to join our Parts team. The role reports to the Parts Manager and offers opportunities for advancement within Canada.

You will receive, count, and manage parts, assist customers in selecting items, provide quotes, and coordinate part deliveries. A background in automotive services, strong numerical skills, and excellent communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive field would be an asset.
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills.
• Acceptable driver’s abstract and a valid driver’s license in your province of residence.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, check and count items unloaded from the suppliers and report any discrepancies to management.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts ensuring optimum customer service.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
• Pick parts using picking ticket and deliver to technician’s work bench.
• Returns all parts from workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

Compensation Range:

$40,000-50,000 based on experience, skills and qualifications
