Mark Motors Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our Ottawa and Gatineau dealerships with campaigns, content, events, and reporting. You’ll work with our marketing team, dealership staff, and partners to ensure accurate, on-brand communications.

The role offers a mix of coordination, digital content creation, and analytics. Strong organization and creativity help you succeed; English is essential, French is a plus. This is a full-time, in-office position at Audi Ottawa.

Formación

• Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, project coordination or related areas.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; French is an asset.
• Familiarity with digital tools like Canva, Adobe CC, Google Analytics, or email platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events and sponsorships across multiple dealerships.
• Coordinate marketing calendars, projects, creative materials and approvals with internal teams and external partners.
• Update dealership websites, promotional content and other digital platforms.
• Assist with email marketing, social media content and customer communications.
• Create or adapt marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Review materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Track campaign results and help prepare reports using marketing analytics tools.
• Support marketing administration, including invoices, vendor coordination, branded materials, and manufacturer programs.
• Provide occasional evening or weekend support for events.
