Mark Motors Group in Ottawa is seeking a Wash Bay Attendant for the service department during tire season. This is a 3-month contract with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering hands-on experience at a premium automotive dealership.

You will clean and detail vehicles, prep loaner and new cars, assist with lot organization, and provide concierge-style customer support. A valid G driver's license and ability to lift are required; attention to detail and teamwork are

• Ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Responsabilités

• Clean and detail customer vehicles following service work.
• Wash and prepare loaner, demonstration, CPO and new vehicles as required.
• Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness and presentation standards before return or delivery.
• Greet clients and provide courteous, professional service when assigned to concierge function.
• Assist with vehicle lot movements to support service flow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

We are currently seeking a Wash Bay Attendant to join our Service Department for tire season.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Vehicle Cleaning & Preparation

Clean and detail customer vehicles following completion of service work

Wash and prepare loaner vehicles, demonstration vehicles, Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) vehicles, and new vehicles as required

Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness and presentation standards prior to return or delivery

Customer Support (Concierge Assistance)

Greet clients upon arrival for scheduled service appointments when assigned to the concierge function

Provide courteous and professional customer service in coordination with the Service Department

Lot & Inventory Support

Assist with vehicle lot movements to support service flow and operational efficiency

Help maintain organized and accessible lot and wash bay areas

Safety & Compliance

Follow dealership health and safety policies and procedures

Use cleaning tools, equipment, and materials safely and properly

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

Valid G Drivers License and clean drivers abstract

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
