Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Markham. You will deliver exceptional service face-to-face and remotely, manage insurance communications, and support repair facility operations with accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Google/Office tools; a valid driver’s license is required. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, ideally in automotive.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone and email.
• Maintain relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Support administrative tasks for the repair facility team.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments in the system.
• Process insurance assignments and document communications.
• Manage car rental information and documentation.
• Apply new knowledge from ongoing training to maintain quality.
• Contribute to high NPS and operational excellence.
