Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, seeks a Customer Service Administrator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while handling essential administrative tasks. You will work with the team to meet KPIs, support with rentals and towing, and maintain our high service standards across Western and Central Canada.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Greets customers in person and on the phone with positive energy
• Manage the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles and towing requests
• Communicate updates with Customers and Insurance claims personnel as needed
• Coordinate towing arrangements and costs against the Repair Order
• Confirm appointments and follow up on all assignments with customers
• Reconcile each Repair Order prior to closing
• Monitor and manage Store’s Accounts Receivable
• Apply new knowledge from continuous learning to maintain high quality and NPS
