Job summary

TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, is seeking a Leader Technician - Assembly for a full-time, on-site contract in Ontario. We supply injection-molded interior/exterior parts and assemblies to Toyota and Honda, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will follow work instructions, operate injection machines and assembly stations, meet hourly quotas, document daily production, and support Kanban and 5S practices while training teammates and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and perform other physical requirements.
• Accommodations can be made.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
• Meet hourly production quotas.
• Document daily production.
• Operate all injection machines and assembly stations.
• Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks or machinery.
• Ability to train FTMs.
• Understand and follow the Kanban system.
• Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.
