Job summary

Westburne is seeking an Automation Sales Specialist to join our Calgary-based outside technical sales team. You will work with senior specialists and customers to develop an understanding of our automation, electrical, and energy solutions.

The role focuses on building relationships, delivering technical presentations, and growing sales in Alberta. A technical background, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about complex products.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to travel within Alberta.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities to grow sales within assigned territories through prospecting and follow-up on leads.
Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations to customers, showcasing value of products and services.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Shadow senior sales specialists to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in complex sales scenarios.
