Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks consultants to pursue and execute automation, operations, and process engineering engagements. You will help clients meet strategic goals, lead top-down sales, and coordinate with engineers to prepare reports and proposals.

Role includes 20% travel, work with FlexSim/Demo3D/Arena, and ongoing education on material handling and simulation tools. Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools (PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL) preferred.
• Understanding of supply chains and distribution/manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Experience with computer simulation tools (FlexSim, Demo3D, Arena) a plus.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships through problem solving and meeting client needs.
• Close major system sales using a consultative selling approach.
• Become a thought leader in distribution systems and automation.
• Assist in pursuing new consulting clients for automation services.
• Coordinate with software and CAD/Simulation engineers to prepare reports and proposals.
• Enhance tools and methodologies used by the team.
• Present analyses and proposed systems to clients with confidence.
