Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required.
• Fast-paced customer service/guest experience or sales background.
• Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure.
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds, check in photos, while building rapport.
• Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently.
• Ensuring repair orders follow manufacturers' expectations and warranty guidelines.
• Communicating service needs clearly to guests and documenting communications.
• Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity.
• Updating guests throughout the service journey and managing expectations.
• Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
