At South 20 Chrysler Dodge in Humboldt, we’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and help drive the next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who knows how to build a strong team, improve processes, create accountability, and deliver both operational and financial results. You’ll play a key role in supporting technicians and advisors, improving department performance, and ensuring every customer receives a consistent, high-quality service experience.

This role is responsible for leading daily service operations, developing team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining strong standards for productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and manufacturer compliance.

What you’ll be doing:
