This role is the vital link between our customers and service technicians and works to ensure that every visit to the Service Department leaves a lasting impression.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds
• Preparing accurate work orders and estimates
• Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way
• Advising customers on the required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
• Promoting the need for preventative maintenance
• Giving the customer timely updates regarding the status of repair
• Completing required OEM and internal training

What We're Looking For

• A valid Class 5 or greater Saskatchewan Drivers License is a must
• Strong computer skills we need you to be able to navigate our DMS, OEM portal and email with ease
• Positive energy and drive to exceed customer expectations
• A proven background in a fast-paced customer service setting is beneficial
• Minimum 2 years automotive industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to diagnose concerns based on customer descriptions
• A strong commitment to keeping yourself and others safe in the workplace
