Job summary

Successful candidates have 4+ years in retail with leadership exposure, a passion for automotive parts, and strong communication skills. Flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in retail with 12–24 months in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts aftermarket industry.
• Retail operations and POS familiarity.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Automotive training or certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Motivate team and drive performance through recognition programs and store contests.
• Provide mentorship to teams and exemplify leadership brand.
• Communicate clearly to team; lead effective huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Develop and lead recruiting and hiring strategy for store and maintain a complete team.
• Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education and enforcement of LP and audits.
