Canusa Automotive Warehousing Inc. seeks an Auto Parts Central Order Desk Agent in London, ON. This full-time, office position handles inbound calls, orders, and customer inquiries using the parts catalogue and company database to support APC network customers.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in aftermarket parts sales/repair service, strong communication, and solid computer skills. Benefits offered; rotating Saturdays may apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of aftermarket automotive parts experience (service/sales/repair).
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• High level of professionalism.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, online database).
• Basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measure.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with inquiries using automotive knowledge, the database and parts catalogue.
• Answer inbound calls, process orders and follow up with APC network customers.
• Collaborate with Central Order Desk, APC branches, warehouse staff and other departments to service customers.
• Route calls to appropriate store locations.
• Make follow-up calls to customers as needed.
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure product availability.
• Proficient use of Elite Extra (training provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Central Order Desk Supervisor.
