Job summary

HUB International in Kamloops, BC is seeking a Client Care Representative - Auto Insurance Trainee to drive sales, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional service onsite. You will promote ICBC and private insurance products while managing renewals, transfers, and payments in a fast-paced environment.

No prior insurance experience is required as HUB offers full training and supports licensing within 30 days. This role includes a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions (renewals, plate transfers, cancellations, etc.).
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients.
• Support the branch by handling calls, administrative tasks, and inventory.
