Job summary

HUB International in Abbotsford is seeking an Auto Retention Associate to advise clients on automobile insurance over the phone, renewals, plates and transfers, and to upsell ICBC and private products. You will build relationships, process payments and document conversations to reduce errors.

The role requires a Level 1 Insurance License, high school education, and strong communication skills. Base + commissions with benefits, located in HUB’s Connect Center in Abbotsford.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of auto insurance experience.
• Level 1 Insurance License required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong conversation skills, detail oriented and computer systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
• Provide auto insurance services including renewals, plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more.
• Offer ICBC and private insurance products over the phone.
• Document all client conversations to minimize errors and future issues.
• Place outbound calls to enhance retention, focus on call to sale conversion.
• Manage inbound call volume through servicing calls efficiently.
• Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products.
• Consistently meet sales targets and telephone metrics.
• Receiving and processing payments in accordance with company policy.
• Use ICBC Policy Centre, BMS EPIC and other software solutions.
• Administrative duties, such as preparing documents, filing.
