Job summary
HUB International in Trail, BC is seeking an Auto Insurance Trainee to learn and grow within a supportive team. You will build relationships with clients and dealership partners, actively promoting ICBC and private insurance products and handling various auto insurance transactions.
No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.
Qualifications
- No insurance experience is required; training provided to earn Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer-first approach with ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
- Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet targets.
- Process auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients.
- Support the branch by taking calls, performing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.
