Job summary

HUB International in Castlegar, Canada, is looking for an Auto Insurance Trainee to drive business success by actively selling insurance solutions and cultivating strong client relationships. You will work toward earning your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days and aim to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

No insurance experience is required as we provide full training and support.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with drive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, teammates and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions: renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value.
• Support branch by taking calls, handling admin tasks and restocking inventory.
