Performance Collision Brampton, part of Performance Auto Group, is hiring a Customer Care Representative to join a leading auto body shop team in Brampton, Ontario. The role focuses on coordinating service, insurance calls, vehicle intake, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Candidates should have 1 year of automotive experience, 1–2 years of customer service, and a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of automotive experience or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments including answering service calls professionally.
• Coordinate insurance calls in a professional manner.
• Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery.
• Remind customers of set appointments via telephone, email or text.
• Provide general and administrative support to the Body Shop.
• Project a positive attitude for customers and colleagues.
• Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
• Analyze and interpret client needs and offer appropriate options and resolutions.
• Handle tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Work with minimal supervision and adhere to safety standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
