Job summary

Performance Auto Group is seeking a Service Concierge for Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Brampton, ON. You will greet customers, park vehicles and assist with wash-related tasks while maintaining a tidy drive-thru area.

The role involves frequent customer interaction, alignment inspections, and delivering exceptional service. The position is full-time on site with benefits and a starting wage of $17.95–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
• Conducting free alignment inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
• Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships.
• Other duties as assigned by management
