• Conduct comprehensive on-the-phone investigations of assigned auto claims.
• Review coverage, determine validity, and communicate with insured and claimants.
• Prepare reports and negotiate settlements to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Maintain accurate, concise records using company systems.
• Interpret policy wording to confirm coverage and apply losses.
• Manage billing for assigned files within deadlines.
