Job summary

TD Insurance, part of TD Bank Group, is seeking an Auto Claims Advisor to support customers after accidents. You will guide them through the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise.

You will manage end-to-end claims, coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals, while maintaining accuracy and timely resolutions. The role requires strong communication, time management, and collaboration, with CIP training considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred; however, candidates with transferable skills and strong interest in claims are encouraged.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume workflows (100+ claims) with attention to detail.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Progress toward or completion of CIP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities
