Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements to satisfy all parties.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Review policy wording to confirm coverage.
• Manage billing for assigned files.
• Maintain strong client relationships for business development.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry changes.
• Coordinate assignment of field adjusters as needed.
