Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs body shop staff to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage department budgets and drive sales growth.
• Builds relationships with customers, insurers, and adjusters.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints.
• Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates.
• Monitor progress, parts availability, and payroll.
• Oversee equipment, facility cleanliness, and safety compliance.
