Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Sports Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sports facility management or operations experience.
• Experience in groundskeeping, building maintenance, and event support.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations for sports facilities.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of sports fields, courts, arenas and related infrastructure.
• Develop and implement operational plans, groundskeeping and safety procedures.
• Lead maintenance staff, groundskeepers and technicians.
• Manage the facility budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with event organizers to prepare facilities for events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
