Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in project engineering or project management, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Proven track record managing capital projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with chemical plant design, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of capital projects, from feasibility studies and scope definition to detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations, safety) and external contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
