Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Advisors to deliver business performance and drive sales pipeline for a defined territory.
• Manage day-to-day sales operations and activities of Advisors.
• Support the Team Lead to provide credit support with moderately complex deals and assist in high-value client interaction.
• Coach, develop, and upskill Advisors and deliver formal performance reviews.
• Ensure sales practices are compliant with Scotiabank’s values, Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles.
