Overview

As an Expert Sourcing and Sales Specialist at Dialectica, you will play a pivotal role in our Client Service Team (CST). Your primary focus will be to understand client projects and identify the most suitable experts. Your task is to persuade these experts to participate in knowledge-sharing calls with our clients, providing valuable insights into the relevant markets. While you won\'t directly engage with clients, your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution.

This position is highly sales-driven. The number of experts you successfully book for client calls directly impacts your possibility for monthly bonus. Effective negotiation is also a key component of your role. You\'ll negotiate with experts to secure their participation in client calls at competitive rates, maximizing our profitability.

The Client Service Team is the revenue epicentre of our business. As an Associate in the CST, you will need to think quickly and critically, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, identify, and speak with the best experts ensuring they have the most relevant experience and knowledge to address our clients’ needs. Requirements

Our future Dialectica team member has:

• 1+ years of work experience
• Academic achievement in any undergraduate field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
• Proven leadership skills and participation in extracurricular activities
• Demonstrated interest in business and a goal-oriented mindset
• A growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and development
• Excellent networking and sourcing abilities, leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn and internal databases to engage and convince suitable experts
• Strong ability to achieve quotas, meet specific targets, and deliver projects within set timelines
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written); Fluency in French is a great asset
• Knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin is an asset

The company recruits experts from all over the world in all industries for its clients primarily located outside Quebec, with the support of the company\u2019s other offices located outside Quebec with which interaction is constant. Accordingly, knowledge of English is required for this position.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training will be offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
