Lauremont School in Richmond Hill seeks an Associate Director of Development to manage a portfolio of mid-level and emerging major gift donors, guiding cultivation, solicitation and stewardship to grow philanthropy.
Reporting to the Director of Development, you will collaborate with the Head of School, volunteers and the Community Development team to plan Annual Fund activities and strengthen donor engagement across the Lauremont community.

The Associate Director, Development is a key member of Lauremont School’s Development team, supporting the growth of a strong culture of philanthropy and the school’s pipeline of leadership and major gift donors.
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Associate Director manages a portfolio of mid-level and emerging major gift prospects and donors, leading relationship-building, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities. The role also supports the planning and execution of the school’s Annual Fund, with a focus on identifying and moving Annual Fund donors into deeper philanthropic engagement.
This is a highly relationship-oriented, donor-facing position that works closely with the Director of Development, Executive Director of Community Development, Head of School, volunteers and other members of the Community Development team.

The salary for this position is dependent on qualifications and experience and will range from $95,000 to $120,000 annually.
