Lauremont School is seeking Supply Teachers for the 2026-2027 Academic Year to provide occasional coverage in Toddler, Children's House, and/or Elementary. Assignments may be scheduled in advance or offered on a same-day basis as needed.

Supply Teachers support continuity of learning during teacher absences by delivering the assigned classroom program and assisting with student supervision, co-curricular activities and other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning, well-being and personal development through a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) approach.
• Build respectful and supportive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Encourage students to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that support their continued learning and individual potential.
• Support the delivery of lessons and learning activities, as directed by the teacher, adapting approaches to meet a range of student needs.
• Incorporate appropriate technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Provide active supervision and support for students during classroom activities, recess, lunch and other assigned times.
• Adapt to changing student and classroom needs with flexibility and responsiveness.
