About The Role

The Media Operations team is focused on hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels—including tagging, trafficking, media buying, and more—and on how to effectively use digital platforms to achieve media and business goals. We ensure consistency, governance, and support around platform usage and activation activities, aiding in building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts.

In this role, you will support, manage, optimize, and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients, both individually and as part of a team. Successful team members will demonstrate the ability to handle ongoing and one-off media efforts effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Own campaign planning, builds, optimization, and ongoing management of clients’ media efforts, including QA
  • Manage client communications, updates, review requests, and troubleshoot platform and media issues
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks for clients and internal projects
  • Execute Google Ads campaigns, focusing on Demand Gen, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max environments
  • Experience with additional platforms is a bonus, such as:
    • Programmatic DSPs: DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP
    • Ad Servers: Campaign Manager
    • Social Platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit
    • Search Platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360
  • Collaborate with peers to share learnings and improve practices
  • Utilize internal tools like Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday
  • Stay updated on Monks offerings and identify opportunities to enhance client services
About You
The essentials:

We seek well-rounded team members with technical proficiency and the ability to adapt within a dynamic environment involving multiple stakeholders, always maintaining professionalism and collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, especially Demand Gen, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Experience with additional platforms such as DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, Campaign Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, SA360 is a plus
  • Ability to identify and address problems, roadblocks, and next steps
  • Strong data analysis skills, including data manipulation and trend identification
  • Effective meeting management, including agenda setting and action item follow-up
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and priorities
  • Self-awareness and stress management skills to work effectively with clients and peers
  • Experience in a professional media environment for at least 1+ years
