Job summary

Dollarama in Canada is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the management team in daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a well-organized store environment.

You will assist with supervising staff, handle daily shipments, stock shelves, and ensure safety and cleanliness. This role also involves cash management duties and participation in hiring and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of relevant experience in the retail industry.
• At least one year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Customer service-oriented.

Responsibilities
