Vans in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Brand Advocates, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences aligned with our Off The Wall ethos.

You will partner with the Store Manager to manage store operations, recruit and train staff, monitor KPIs, control inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards while fostering an inclusive, high-performing retail environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong coaching and team-development capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Brand Advocates to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive customer engagement, merchandising, operations and community connection.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and training; support recruiting and onboarding.
