Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff with the Store Manager to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and train staff to meet company standards in sales and customer service.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and fostering an inclusive store environment.
• Use store reports and data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Support scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and a strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to execute brand programs and drive store performance.
