Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canada to lead a store team and drive daily operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, support hiring and training, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards while contributing to a culture of engagement and excellence.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a retail team.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to engage the team in upholding the highest service standards.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Ability to maintain performance and quality under pressure.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives.
• Solid skills in driving sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
