Job summary

LensCrafters in Toronto seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team that delivers the Luxury Retail Signature Experience while exceeding sales and service goals. You will coach staff, optimize operations, and ensure flawless eyewear fitting and customer care.

You will recruit and develop talent, maintain presentation standards, analyze financial data, drive business opportunities, and embody the Luxottica Retail values. A Bachelor’s degree and optical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure and/or ABO Certification.
• 1+ years Optical experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Sales experience.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to deliver the Luxury Retail Signature Experience and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor sales and operations to meet income objectives.
• Recruit and hire talent for luxury service environments.
• Provide clear, constructive performance feedback.
• Staff the store to deliver gracious customer service.
• Foster management development and establish challenging assignments.
• Recognize associates for performance and service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Drive business by analyzing financial data and trends.
• Lead by example and embody Luxottica Retail values.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Record measurements and fit eyewear accurately.
