Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and elevate customer experiences at our store location. You will support hiring, onboarding and training while ensuring strong store performance and brand standards.

Responsibilities include inventory management, visual merchandising, and omnichannel initiatives to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Evening/weekend availability and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team management or supervision in retail or customer-focused env.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and engage the team to uphold high service standards.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible availability; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team on the sales floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and support store goals and growth.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee inventory, compliance and store procedures.
