Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Mississauga to act as the Store Manager's right hand and drive a premier in-store experience. You will lead by example, coach the team, hit sales goals, and ensure customers feel their best as they exit.

When the Store Manager is away, you’ll take the lead, motivate the team, and maintain a store that reflects the distinct ALDO brand through visuals and operations. This role requires energy, organization, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Turn great customer service into sales by bringing ALDO brand initiatives to life.
• Coach, train, and support your team with real-time feedback.
• Lead with integrity by following (and reinforcing) all loss prevention policies.
• Keep the store looking flawless with on-point visual merchandising and marketing displays.

The Role
